The park is surrounded by the Zhushan Mountain and the Yunlong Lake. In the park, there are fourteen statues of outstanding well-doers of Xuzhou, who are widely recognized as being devoted and dedicated, or righteous and courageous, or enthusiastic about helping people, or full of filial piety and care, or honest and trustworthy. Two or three statues would be added annually to inspire the citizens in the city with those noble examples "to keep kindness, to accumulate benevolence and to cultivate conscience".
