The Observation Deck is located on the third peak of the Yunlong Mountain. With a height of six meters and covering an area of 1,500 square meters, the deck comprises a small upper platform above and large under platform. The structure of the deck suits the mountain well, presenting a simple, sublime and imposing style. Columns are erected to form the corridors under the deck, around which grow green trees. Upon the deck stands an archaic pavilion with red columns and painted beams. Standing on the deck, one can enjoy a panoramic view of Xuzhou, which brings delight and relaxation. At night, the neon lights on the deck emit splendid rays, creating an atmosphere like that in the wonderland.
